• Avoid leaving the blade and handle soaking in water.
• Always wash using the smoothest part of a sponge.

• Sharpening: for better conservation of the edge, we recommend using a sharpening steel, keeping the alignment and prolonging the cutting power.

The Bertussi History:

Bertussi, one of the most famous surnames of the gaucho culture, with Adelar and Honeyde as pioneers of gaucho dance music and the first accordionist duo to record records in 1955, left a legacy that goes beyond generations, even leaving aside the musical nature, reaching the status of representation of traditionalist life in southern Brazil. A story that had to become a place, perpetuated in a farm and a historic house.
