About the Golden Blade: We apply a Titanium Nitride coating by the PVD method. This is a sublimation process, where we evaporate the titanium, it bonds with nitrogen and is adhered to the blade through chemical interactions. This coating is safe, clean, and has high hardness.

We also take the opportunity to share important tips for the care we need to have with the 420'' Surgical Steel blade:

• After use always wash and leave it very dry.
• Avoid soaking the blade and handle in water.
• Always wash it using the smoothest part of a sponge.
• Its tip is the most fragile part, so try to be careful.
• If it will not be used for a long time, use a little oil, vaseline, or silicone.
• Sharpening: to better preserve the wire, we recommend using a chisel, keeping it aligned and prolonging its cutting power.
• When necessary, use a stone or fine-grit water sandpaper.
