The blade was developed in German carbon steel, known for its high carbon content and hardness. Its main features are a precise cut and easy sharpening. The blade has also undergone an integral heat treatment, which generates greater hardness and makes the edge last much longer.

The handle is made of bull horn and finished in high-density resin, greatly enhancing the presentation of this unique piece, with a lifetime warranty and assistance. The color variation may vary between grayish, blackish, and brownish.

• After use, always wash and leave it very dry.
• Avoid soaking in water, as it may swell the wood or damage the handle.
• Oxidation is a natural process of carbon steel and is not harmful to your health; it can also be easily minimized by using the smoothest part of a sponge.
• The tip of the piece is the most fragile part of it.
• If you are not going to use your product for a long time, use a little oil, Vaseline, or silicone and wrap it in plastic film to prevent rust.
• Sharpening: to better preserve the edge, we recommend using a chisel, keeping it aligned and prolonging the cutting power of your blade.
• When necessary, use a stone or fine-grit water sandpaper.
