• After use, always wash and thoroughly dry.
• Avoid soaking the blade and handle in water.
• Always wash it using the smoothest part of a sponge.
• Its tip is the most fragile part, so handle it with care.
• If it will not be used for a long time, use a little oil, vaseline, or silicone.
• Sharpening: to better preserve the edge, we recommend using a chisel, keeping it aligned and prolonging its cutting power.
• When necessary, use a stone or fine-grit water sandpaper.
